Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Vest) for 28 years. Devoted father of Debra Thomas of National Park, Tina Clements-Adams (Chris) of Blackwood, Lester J. Finch, III of TX, Frank Clements, Jr. (Joanne) of Collings Lakes, and Leo Clements of NC. Loving grandfather of 8, great grandfather of 3 and dear brother of Trudy Cunningham.
